Anesthesia according to indications
The doctor selects local anesthesia taking into account the procedure, health status, and medical history of the patient.
Gentle tooth-preserving surgical procedures
Indicated tooth extractions, surgery for impacted wisdom teeth, root resection, and gentle cyst removal under anesthesia with postoperative monitoring.
Treatment with a clear plan
The doctor selects local anesthesia taking into account the procedure, health status, and medical history of the patient.
Simple extraction often takes about 10–15 minutes; complex intervention requires more time.
After an examination and X-rays, the doctor will clarify the complexity of the intervention and required stages.
A Russian-speaking coordinator helps communicate with the doctor before and after the appointment.

24/7 CareBefore booking treatment
The coordinator will gather initial data and document a preliminary plan in writing so you clearly understand the treatment components and logistical arrangements in advance.
Four clear steps
Surgeon examination and assessment of the X-ray for extraction planning.
Periapical X-ray to determine the position and shape of tooth roots.
Anesthesia, gentle tooth extraction, and suturing (if necessary).
Prescription of medications and recommendations for socket care.
Surgical dentistry today is not only the extraction of hopeless teeth, but also interventions aimed at preserving the dentition and preparing the bone for subsequent implantation. Modern instrumentation and local anesthesia help perform procedures gently; sensations, timing, and recovery depend on the clinical situation.
Wisdom teeth can erupt with difficulty or be positioned at an angle in the jawbone. In some cases, this is associated with gum inflammation, decay of adjacent teeth, or other issues. The decision on extraction is made based on indications after an examination and imaging; complex extraction requires careful surgical planning.
If a tooth requires extraction, they attempt to extract it gently, preserving the walls of the bone socket for possible subsequent implantation. The need for bone grafting or other additional steps is determined after examination and X-rays. The surgeon selects the method of extraction and root division based on the clinical situation.
Answers before the trip
Extractions are performed under local anesthesia. Pressure sensations are typically felt during the procedure, while sensitivity and reaction to anesthesia vary individually. If pain occurs, inform the doctor immediately.
Simple extraction often takes about 10–15 minutes. Complex extraction lasts longer; exact duration depends on tooth position, root shape, and scope of intervention.
Do not eat for 2 hours. Rinsing the mouth (to avoid washing out the blood clot protecting the socket), visiting a sauna/bathhouse, playing sports, and consuming alcohol are prohibited during the first 24 hours.
Moderate pain and swelling in the first few days are possible, but you should follow the doctor's instructions. Contact the clinic if pain or swelling increases, fever occurs, or if there is an unpleasant odor or continued bleeding. If you experience difficulty breathing or swallowing, a severe allergic reaction, or heavy bleeding, seek emergency care immediately.
In classic two-stage implantation, the bone should heal for 2-3 months. In some cases, immediate implantation is possible — installing a titanium implant directly into the socket of the extracted tooth.
Sutures are applied during complex extractions or wisdom tooth removals to approximate wound edges, accelerate healing, and prevent bleeding. We use resorbable or non-resorbable sutures.
Sometimes several teeth can be extracted in a single visit. The decision is made by the surgeon after evaluating the overall condition, scope of intervention, and subsequent treatment plan.
If the pain intensifies after a few days, this may be a sign of dry socket (alveolitis) or another complication. Contact the clinic and see a dentist in person; in severe conditions or if the clinic is unavailable, seek emergency care at your location.
